  Overall I had a very poor experience with this company because of bad customer service and extremely slow fulfilment times. I placed my order with the assumption that my order would be processed within one day, as stated by their website. However, I was left in the dark for over a week after multiple unanswered emails and voicemails. When my order did finally arrive, it was the completely wrong thing as they had sent me someone else's order. They requested that I send the item back, and when that didn't happen immediately (because I was out of the country) they threatened to charge me for the items. In the end, it took just under a month to receive my order which was shipped within the province. All I was given was an apology, which seems insincere given the threat of being charged I received after. I will never buy from this company again, and I'd advise you don't either because companies with such poor customer service shouldn't exist.
