  Selected this hotel based on several positive Google reviews. The rooms are furnished in a beautiful contemporary style. Amenities included bathrobes, ironing board, safe for valuables, hip toiletries, plush towels and comfortable beds. I was even fortunate enough to have a room on an upper floor away from Pender Street. On the downside, there is no front desk personnel on duty all night. Instead, if there is an emergency, you are instructed to call a phone number. While my room was very clean,there were certain surfaces and areas that were covered in what appeared to be drywall dust? It’s as if they had recently finished some kind of renovation and forgot to wipe down the entire room? My biggest complaint however is reserved for the thinness of the walls. You could hear your fellow guests on the entire floor. That didn’t bode well for me since I went to bed very early and had to get up extremely early to catch a flight. While my neighbors weren’t overly loud, I could hear their conversations well into the night. Since this place seems to be a hip destination, there were lots of millennial’s on my floor that stayed up well past 3AM. So if your a night owl that likes to be in the center of the action, this place is perfect for you. But if you’re are a business traveler on a tight schedule, I would recommend you seek accommodations elsewhere.
